I'm a UX designer at Mastercard.
I have worked in UX research, UX Design, and Visual Design in Japan and the US.
When I moved to NYC in 2018 I was surprised by the difficulties I faced using apps with complicated navigation and too much reliance on vague text.
This experience sharpened my focus on UX design to drive clarity of function and made me interested in helping non-native English speakers use apps with simple navigation and clear design.
I now take that approach to make my UX design more accessible to everyone of all languages, English included.
